Ingredients
6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can corned beef
1 medium onion
1 cup beef broth
Directions
Chop the onions. Cut the corned beef into squares. Over medium heat, add the potatoes, corned beef, onion, and beef broth. Cook until potatoes are of soft.Place it on a plate and ready for a lovely breakfast.
