Ingredients
1 package frozen green peas
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Boil water over medium-high heat. Sprinkle a dash of salt to the boiling water. Add peas and leave to cook for 5 minutes. Once tender, drain and blend the peas using a blender. Stir cream and butter. Add salt and pepper to peas. Serve as a side dish.
